Welcome to Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our beauty, esthetic, body-contouring, wellness, membership, package, and related services.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or participating in a membership or package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn provides cosmetic, esthetic, beauty, and wellness services. Our services may include body sculpting, RF skin tightening, lipo cavitation, cellulite reduction, BBL vacuum, wood therapy, lymphatic drainage services, post-operative recovery wellness services, detox sauna, professional teeth whitening, signature packages, memberships, and other services offered through our website or studio.

Services, pricing, availability, packages, membership benefits, and service descriptions may change from time to time. The terms displayed at the time you book or purchase a service may also apply to your transaction.

2. Cosmetic and Esthetic Services

Our services are provided for cosmetic, esthetic, beauty, and wellness purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician, dentist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

If you have a medical condition, health concern, or question about whether a particular service is appropriate for you, you should consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before booking or receiving the service.

3. Client Information and Eligibility

Before receiving certain services, you may be asked to provide information that may affect your eligibility for treatment.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures or surgery, open wounds, infections, skin conditions, implanted medical devices, dental conditions or procedures, and any restrictions or recommendations provided by your healthcare professional.

If you do not provide accurate or complete information, Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn may be unable to safely provide the requested service.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, decline, or discontinue a service when we reasonably believe that doing so is appropriate for your safety or well-being.

4. Body Sculpting and Non-Invasive Services

Body sculpting, RF skin tightening, lipo cavitation, cellulite reduction, BBL vacuum, wood therapy, and related services are cosmetic services.

Individual results will vary. Results may depend on factors such as body composition, lifestyle, age, skin condition, treatment frequency, and individual response to treatment.

Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn does not guarantee a specific amount of fat reduction, weight loss, circumference reduction, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, or change in body shape.

Some services may result in temporary redness, tenderness, sensitivity, swelling, or other temporary effects. Clients should follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn and seek appropriate medical attention if they experience symptoms that concern them.

5. Post-Operative Recovery Services

Post-operative recovery services are intended to provide supportive cosmetic and wellness care following an eligible procedure. These services are not a replacement for medical care, surgical follow-up, wound care, or instructions from your surgeon or healthcare provider.

If you have recently undergone surgery or another medical procedure, you are responsible for obtaining clearance from your surgeon or appropriate healthcare provider before receiving post-operative services.

Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn may request confirmation that you are cleared to receive a service and may decline or postpone treatment when appropriate.

6. Professional Teeth Whitening

Professional teeth whitening is a cosmetic service intended to improve the appearance of natural teeth.

Results vary from person to person depending on factors such as the existing shade and condition of the teeth. Temporary tooth or gum sensitivity may occur.

Teeth whitening does not replace routine dental examinations or treatment from a licensed dental professional.

Clients with dental concerns, significant sensitivity, damaged teeth, gum problems, or recent dental procedures should consult with a dentist before receiving teeth whitening services.

7. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until all applicable booking requirements have been completed.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, modification of the scheduled service, or rescheduling.

Any deposit, booking fee, cancellation requirement, or appointment-specific policy displayed during the booking process will apply to the applicable appointment.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn maintains cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies that may vary depending on the service or appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation and no-show terms presented during the booking process.

Failure to comply with the applicable policy may result in the loss of a deposit, booking fee, service credit, or other applicable amount.

9. Payments

Prices for services, products, memberships, and packages are displayed on our website or otherwise communicated before purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your purchase.

All transactions are subject to the payment terms applicable to the selected service, product, package, or membership.

10. Refunds and Store Credit

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are subject to the refund and store-credit policy displayed for the applicable service or product.

Certain services may be eligible for store credit rather than a monetary refund. Where a service-specific policy states that refunds are not offered, any eligible store credit will be provided according to the terms applicable to that service.

For RF Skin Tightening, the current website policy states that refunds are not offered and that eligible store credit is available for twelve months from the date of the appointment.

Service-specific refund, cancellation, expiration, and store-credit terms presented at the time of purchase will control for that particular transaction.

11. Memberships

Memberships are subject to the membership terms presented at the time of enrollment.

Memberships may include recurring payments, membership commitments, included services, discounts, credits, expiration periods, or other conditions depending on the membership selected.

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize applicable recurring charges according to the membership terms provided during enrollment.

Membership benefits are intended for the enrolled member and may not be transferred unless expressly permitted by Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn.

Membership cancellation, renewal, payment, and expiration requirements are governed by the specific membership terms applicable to the plan purchased.

12. Packages, Promotions, and Gift Cards

Packages, promotional offers, discounts, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, eligibility requirements, redemption limitations, or restrictions on combining offers.

The terms presented with a particular promotion, package, or gift card will apply to that purchase.

13. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, follow applicable pre-care and aftercare instructions, disclose information that may affect your eligibility for a service, and notify Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn of any relevant changes before receiving treatment.

You are responsible for following instructions provided by your healthcare provider when those instructions relate to your eligibility for our services.

14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Bella’s Beauty Bar by Jenn reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional judgment, client conduct, scheduling considerations, incomplete disclosure, contraindications, or other legitimate business reasons.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable law.

The information provided on our website is intended for general informational and promotional purposes.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, availability, photographs, service information, or other content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.
